"They took care of it after the install"
After the install, there was a little issue with that one part, but support came out and got it fixed quickly. Everything’s been fine since, so I’m happy with how they handled it

I got these a while back, maybe last fall or earlier this year, I can’t remember exactly. They do work okay, but for simple gutter guards the price felt way higher than it should’ve been. I expected a bit more for what I paid, and looking back, I don’t really think it was worth it for me

"Warranty claim was painless"
I only really cared that they took the issue seriously and got it fixed, and that’s pretty much what happened. I called in, explained what was going on, and they didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops. There was a little back and forth with scheduling, but nothing too annoying. Overall, the warranty claim was handled fairly, faster than I expected, and I’m happy with how it turned out

The sales part went fine, no issues there, but the install was rough. After the crew left, I noticed some of the gutters looked crooked, and there were screws and little sharp metal pieces all over the yard. Then the first time it rained, one section started dripping. I had to call a couple times before anyone actually came back out. Just felt like they rushed through it and did a sloppy job. Not really worth the hassle, tbh.

The install ended up causing some damage to the trim, which was frustrating at first, really frustrating. I called leaffilter to get it taken care of, and it took a few days before someone got back to me, so that part definitely could have been faster.
Once they did respond, they sent someone out to look at it and covered the repair. It wasn’t a perfect process, not perfect, but they did make it right in the end, and I appreciated that.

"The warranty made me feel better about it"
The warranty was a big part of why I picked LeafFilter. After the install, there was a small issue, nothing major, and they came back out for it without making it a whole thing. Covered like they said it was, which was nice to find out for real.

"Easy to understand pricing"
I liked that the price was clear right from the beginning. I’m the type who mentally checks things off as I go, and this made it easy because I wasn’t sitting there trying to figure out what was included or what might show up later. The rep walked through the quote, answered my questions normally, and didn’t make it awkward. No surprise add-ons afterward either, which was a big plus. Overall, it just felt straightforward and fair.

I’ve had these gutters up for about a year now, and they’ve been holding up well. No cracks or loose sections that I’ve noticed. I did get one small clog after a bunch of leaves came down, but nothing major. Overall, they seem sturdy and have done the job without much fuss...

The gutters are still overflowing whenever the rain gets heavy. What’s frustrating is that it’s not really clear who’s supposed to take responsibility for fixing it, so it feels like the issue just keeps getting passed around instead of actually being handled.

I wasn’t totally sure this would make much of a difference, but I’m actually really relieved with how well it’s worked. My gutters have stayed clean, and it’s just one less thing I have to stress about now.

I went on leaffilter.com to set up an appointment, and it was really simple. I thought I might have to call or wait for someone to get back to me, but no, actually, it was all quick online.
They had appointment times that fit into my schedule, which I really appreciated because my week was already kind of packed. It didn’t feel like I had to rearrange everything just to make it work.
The reminder they sent was helpful too. Overall, it was just an easy, straightforward process, and that made a big difference for me.

The estimate they gave me at the start ended up being lower than what I actually paid. I get that things can change, but I felt a little regretful afterward because I probably wouldn’t have gone ahead so quickly if I’d known the final price.

"Financing was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
The financing process ended up being a real headache. The loan terms weren’t explained very clearly, and I felt like I had to keep asking questions just to understand what I was agreeing to. Then the payments came out higher than I expected, which was annoying. I just wish the communication had been more upfront from the start

They cleaned up really well and left the place looking like 9 out of 10 spotless. I only noticed maybe a couple tiny things, but overall I was really happy with how clean everything was

I was really hoping this would fix the issue, but it only slowed the leaks down a bit. They never fully stopped after install, so I wouldn’t count on this if you need a real fix. Save your time and look for something that actually seals properly...

I felt rushed the whole time. The contract was hard to follow. The fees were not explained well. The cancellation terms were confusing too. I would not sign again without reading every single line first.

The sales guy was way too pushy and just wouldn’t let it go. I didn’t feel like he was actually listening to what I wanted, more like I was just a ticket number he needed to close. Frustrating experience.

The gutters themselves seem fine so far, so no real complaints there. But I’ll be honest, I’m someone who gets annoyed quickly when companies don’t call back, and their customer service really tested my patience. I had to follow up twice just to get a simple answer. Maybe other people wouldn’t mind as much, but for me, that part was frustrating
